By creating and using a Play99 Exchange ID, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. These terms govern your use of the Play99exch platform (also known as Play99, 99exch, and 99exch.com).
Accounts are created manually via WhatsApp with a verified Play99exch manager. Each player is entitled to a single account only. Creating multiple accounts (whether under the same name, phone number, or payment method) to claim duplicate bonuses or exploit the exchange constitutes fraud and will result in permanent bans across all accounts.
Play99exch is a peer-to-peer exchange. All bets match you against other real players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Deposits are accepted via UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, and direct bank transfer. Minimum deposit is ₹500. Minimum withdrawal is ₹1,000. All withdrawal requests must be submitted to your account manager and are verified against your registered payment details before processing. Payouts to third-party accounts not matching your registered profile are not permitted.
Play99exch may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or referral rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements communicated by your account manager at the time of award. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent account creation will be voided and the account permanently suspended.
Play99exch is not responsible for losses arising from: personal decisions made during live market trading, connection failures on your device or network, or third-party game provider outages. Our liability is limited exclusively to verified platform errors (server downtime, incorrect settlement) where we will void and refund affected bets.
Play99exch reserves the right to terminate any account found in violation of these terms at any time without prior notice. Funds held in a terminated account due to proven fraud will be forfeited. Accounts terminated for other reasons (e.g., voluntary closure) will have remaining balances refunded within 7 business days.
